We are currently expanding our Lead Generation team, and are looking for a new team member to help us take our business to the next level.


This role is an opportunity to have a unique impact on the way we scale, and a chance to shape the Lead Generation team. As a Senior SEA Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns to drive business growth. 


Ideally, you have some experience with tools like Excel, have excellent prioritizing skills, and can work independently and autonomously as a part of an international team in a fully remote environment.




What you will be doing: 


  • Optimizing Campaigns: Continuously improving the performance of existing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.

  • Running A/B Tests: Conducting A/B tests to identify the most effective ad variations and strategies.

  • Monitoring KPIs: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators daily to ensure campaign success and make data-driven adjustments.

  • Driving EBIT Growth: Applying your analytical skills and marketing expertise to enhance campaign effectiveness and contribute to increased EBIT.

  • You have a keen drive for optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve the best possible outcomes.

  • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

  • You have proficiency in data analysis and making informed decisions based on insights, with a love for numbers and Excel

  • You have strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • You are eager to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

  • You are fluent in German, with excellent communication skills.


This role is fully remote, however you must be based within European timezones. If you are based within 2 hours from Berlin, the role offers full employment, if outside Germany, it’s a full-time contract role.
