Senior Partner Manager (m/f/x)


At betterbusiness, we help enhance the impact of meaningful companies by providing the best performance-based customer acquisition and lead generation solution on the market. We are working with all of the biggest names in the DIY space (website builders, commerce platforms, hosting providers, and more).


We are currently expanding our Lead Generation team, and are looking for a new team member to help us take our business to the next level.


This role is an opportunity to have a unique impact on the way we scale, and a chance to shape the Lead Generation team. As a Senior Partner Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our portfolio of strategic partnerships. Your role will involve both maintaining existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.


Ideally, you have some experience with tools like Excel, have excellent negotiation skills, and can work independently and autonomously as a part of an international team in a fully remote environment.




What you will be doing

  • Acquiring New Partners - Identifying and securing new partnerships to enhance our market position and increase revenue.

  • Developing Existing Partnerships - Engaging with current partners to strengthen relationships, uncover new demand opportunities, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Monitoring KPIs - Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators daily to ensure alignment with business goals and proactively addressing any issues.

  • Driving Business Growth - Leveraging your analytical skills to make data-driven decisions that optimize partner performance and contribute to increased EBIT.

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to fostering positive partner relationships.

  • You have a proven track record in sales and negotiation, with a partner-oriented mindset.

  • You have proficiency in data analysis, with a love for numbers and Excel

  • You have strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • You are fluent in German, with excellent communication skills.


This role is fully remote, however you must be based within European timezones. If you are based within 2 hours from Berlin, the role offers full employment, if outside Germany, it’s a full-time contract role.
