Digital Marketing Manager/Content Manager (m/f/x)

We are working with all of the biggest names in the DIY space (website builders, commerce platforms, hosting providers, and more).

We are currently expanding our Lead Generation team, and are looking for a new team member to help us take our business to the next level.

This role is an opportunity to have a unique impact on the way we scale, and a chance to shape the Lead Generation team. As a Digital Marketing Manager/Content Manager, you will be integral to the optimization and enhancement of our digital marketing efforts. Your role will focus on maintaining and improving our existing landing pages and funnels to drive business growth. 

Ideally, you have some experience with tools like Excel, have a testing mentality, and can work independently and autonomously as a part of an international team in a fully remote environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Optimizing Landing Pages: Enhancing landing page performance to improve conversion rates and user experience.

  • Optimizing Funnels: Streamlining and refining our marketing funnels to maximize lead generation and conversion.

  • Qualification Optimization: Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of call and text qualifications.

  • Conducting A/B Tests: Running A/B tests on landing pages, funnels, and qualification processes to identify the best-performing variations.

  • Evaluating Test Results: Analyzing test outcomes and implementing insights to drive continuous improvement.

Who you are

  • You have a strong focus on conversion rate optimization through rigorous testing and experimentation.

  • You have a relentless drive for enhancing marketing performance.

  • You have exceptional ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

  • You have a high attention to detail, particularly in monitoring and optimizing landing pages and funnels.

  • You are a fast learner and have the ability to quickly understand new concepts and adapt to changing environments.

  • You have proficiency in data analysis and reporting paired with the ability of making informed decisions based on insights, and love for numbers and Excel

  • You have strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • You are fluent in German, with excellent communication skills.

This role is fully remote, however you must be based within European timezones. If you are based within 2 hours from Berlin, the role offers full employment, if outside Germany, it’s a full-time contract role.

Interview process

  2. Initial 15-30 minute conversation with the recruiter

  3. 60 minute interview with the hiring manager

  4. A 30 minute interview with our CEO
