Your Responsibilities
- As part of our IT and development team, you’ll be co-responsible for the new and ongoing development of all technical projects within the company
- You will design, develop, and optimize websites, apps, and software solutions using modern technologies and agile workflows
- You will take ownership of the architecture and documentation of all technical systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
- You stay on top of relevant tech trends and continuously evolve your skills, actively bringing new ideas and perspectives into the team
Who You Are
- Several years of experience in full-stack or backend development, ideally with scalable web applications
- Solid knowledge of modern frameworks, databases, APIs, and deployment workflows
- A systems thinker with a strong grasp of architecture who values clean code and clear documentation
- Curious and growth-minded, with a track record of introducing impactful technologies or approaches
