Interview Process and equal opportunity
At betterbusiness, we care a lot about who we hire. In order to create the most impact for our partners, we need to build high performing teams. Our recruitment process consists of four stages:
- Initial 15-30 minute conversation with the hiring manager
- Meet the team: 3 interviews up to one hour each with the hiring manager and co-workers. Depending on the role, we may ask how you would solve a problem and present your solution to the team
